Terms of Service
2026-08-15
These terms apply to the use of the Mollie payment integration, operated by Yanis De Maesschalck, trading as YDM Design, Roombaardstraat 40, 9810 Nazareth-De Pinte, België, VAT BE0699694751.
What the service does
The application registers Mollie as a payment provider on your CRM sub-account and passes payments between your CRM and your own Mollie account. You need your own Mollie account; you enter into a separate agreement with Mollie for that.
Your responsibilities
- Keeping your own Mollie and CRM accounts, and the agreements attached to them, in good standing.
- The lawfulness of what you sell and of the payments you collect.
- Informing your customers about direct debit collections, and complying with the rules that apply to SEPA Direct Debit.
- Checking that payments and subscriptions in your CRM match what your Mollie account shows.
What we do not do
We do not hold funds, we do not process payments ourselves, and we are not a party to the agreement between you and your customer, nor between you and Mollie.
We cannot influence the fees, settlement times, chargeback rules or availability of Mollie or of your CRM.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, failures at Mollie or at the platform, and changes to their APIs can interrupt it.
Payments already scheduled at Mollie, including subscription renewals, continue to be collected by Mollie even when this application is unavailable.
Known limitations
Third-party payment providers are not supported everywhere in the platform. This application does not work in SaaS Mode, the Service Menu, POS, or the “charge a card” action on a contact.
A subscription renewal creates a transaction in your sub-account, but does not currently fire the Payment Received workflow trigger. This affects all third-party payment providers and has been reported to the platform.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost revenue or lost profit. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event, or to €500 where no fee was paid.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
Ending it
You can uninstall the app at any time; processing stops and the connection with Mollie is closed. We may suspend or end the service if you breach these terms or if continuing would be unlawful.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Ghent, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
